The scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any specific service engagement are confirmed through a separate service agreement or engagement letter between thecontroller.ai and the client. These Terms and Conditions apply alongside any such agreement.

The accuracy of financial reports, tax filings, and other outputs produced by thecontroller.ai depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client. thecontroller.ai cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions that result from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
 

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are agreed upon at the commencement of each engagement and are set out in the relevant service agreement or pricing proposal. Fees are payable in accordance with the payment terms specified in that agreement.
thecontroller.ai reserves the right to suspend or discontinue services in the event of non-payment of fees within the agreed payment terms. Any dispute regarding fees must be raised in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.

• Required to deliver the agreed services — such as submission of VAT returns to the FTA or other regulatory filings

Limitation of Liability

thecontroller.ai provides professional accounting and compliance services with reasonable care and expertise. However, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

• thecontroller.ai is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our services or this website
• Our total liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
